For as long as he can remember, having his own food truck has been a dream of Jason's. Once that dream become a reality in 2020, CHEF Jason Barr decided to serve Tennessee with family recipes, old and new. He brings his experience of 30+ years. From comfort food to bbq and even gourmet. He is eager to share and grow his business with his family by his side.
Kristin quit her corporate office job and part time restaurant job to dive into her fathers culinary dream. When Jason takes a break to focus on prepping, Kristin takes over the reigns on cooking the delicious food for events and making all of our yummy sauces and those famous hand cut chips and fries.
Amanda also left the corporate world and moved back from Florida to jump in on the growing family business. She is the baker and event coordinator with experience of business management, event planning and catering. She also assist in marketing and is currently helping to build the catering aspect of the business.
